My experience at maine coast float has been relaxing, clean, professional and the most efficient rest and recharge time.  The pod is warm and shallow, the salt kept my head and body balanced and floating for the entire duration of my visits.   I love the space and have loved adding floating into my body care and meditation routine. So happy to have this great space in Brunswick!

Ahhhh….floating! Maine Coast Float is a gem just waiting for you. Where else in this area can you TOTALLY relax and rejuvenate…your mind and your whole body…all at once…in just one hour?!?! Once you teach your body and mind to “let go”, (it took me 2-3 floats for that to happen for me), you’ll be hooked, too. And, oh yeah…my skin feels AMAZING, too!! I love no lights and no music…just total immersion…but soft lights and calming music are available. Maine Coast Float in Brunswick is a little piece of self-care heaven. Check it out!!

As a single mom who works full time, I am always looking for new ways to relax. Float therapy at Maine Coast Float has been a game changer for me! It is the best way I’ve found to shut my brain down and really have some much deserved “me” time.  Since discovering floating my stress and anxiety levels have significantly decreased. 10/10 recommend for anyone who is looking for some relaxation!
